A portrait of Emily Dickinson from a bonus commission. It was wonderful that someone requested the creation of Lady Dickinson in a steampunk fashion. I have always been captive by her devotion to words. She seem to just experiment, be dauntless with rhymes and play with words. Dickinson kept many poems hidden, sending some to friends and only 10 poems from about 2000 poems are known to have been published in her active poetic years. Well here she is with a steampunk look, with her many keys, robotic robin, the dun bat necklace and the cricket is her utmost….
Of elegy to me.
The Ghoulie Bike
Beam the Ghoulie Bike to the surface of the planet. Ride or drift through the Martian desert or an ice moon at the edge of the galaxy overflowing with strange aliens and rogue robots. With air to ground Teleportation ability this motorcycle is a high-speed terrain vehicle that is the perfect mode of planetary travel or intergalactic post-apocalyptic road rage.
And remember: Rock baby, Rock!
Audrey came from the clouds:
She played on the golden
She did not know I slept
She kept vanilla pockets!
And smiled through breakfast.
From her hand a sword:
From the print a star
From the dark a wink
That light, that magic!
She left for the holiday.
Japan’s cabinet approved an energy policy reversing the previous government’s plans to slowly retire nuclear power plants, Total amnesia forgetting the 2011 Fukushima disaster.
~At times the future seems blighted!
Chomped hours and youth.
Adios March monster?
Milleniums dance party?
The pursuit of Keeping Up?
Youth follows winter’s trail,
Smart phones have prevailed!
Like texting black holes.
Skate or die in summer said Achilles.
You like winter are perhaps unkind.
You like spring are perhaps less blind.
Misfit full of warmth.
Age’s vision is small,
Youth is love and bold,
We grow weak and cold.
Reboot because we no longer rewind.
While in Kyoto I made a piece or artwork titled: The Lady and the Wormhole.
The gardens in the city set a mood of serenity and quiet embrace. I was working on a short story about a woman who could travel through space using her garden as the vehicle. I had a dream about her wearing a blue kimono using the small magical landscape to travel through time. In Japan the landscape is part of the history of the town or the prefecture. The Shinto religion is ancient in the country and it holds trees, springs and mountains to be places of spiritual power. It would seem any of the gardens I visited would have the possibility for intergalactic transformation, well at least in my imagination.
Inside the walls,
It’s all transpired.
From the red brush, spilled patterns and a violet mandolin on the empty stage.
The broken pieces below the table.
The blue sakura through the curtains, whispering.
The sirens in the garden wait for no koi.
Inside the process,
It’s all predicted.
From the stained glass, opened puzzles and a silver harmonica on a crowded hall.
The dusty boots crossing the bridge.
The prints on the moon, fingers.
The tridents in the attic wait for no dragon.
~The artist is very much like a detective.

I like the idea of vintage uniforms. Mostly the fact that uniforms makes the social interaction of groups almost equal so they construct a stronger unit. Here we have a black and white pattern with a collar and deep jacket pockets. Thanks to his Schoolboy Uniform, Hellboy won’t have any test anxiety: the socks provide room for lots of cheat sheets or simply use the right hand of doom upon your desk! The most valuable lessons are learned for life – not for school!
