The birth of Halloween Metro City “The HMC” is one of mystery and mystical origin. Millennia ago, a spaceship crashed inside the growing city. One alien survived introducing technology from his home world and creating the Halloween Revolution. The Alien also decided to trap the city in a time dimension were it is always Halloween. The city has become a dimensional port for aliens, androids and time travelers who come through The C.D.T.G (Cosmic Dimensional Time Gate) inside the city’s Pumpkin Tower.
